Das Gelände Col Rodella ist eines der bekanntesten Startplätze in den Dolomiten. Selbst im Herbst können hier an guten Tagen die Felstürme überhöht werden. Die Dolomiten sind eindrucks- aber auch anspruchsvoll. Die Felsflanken sind gigantisch, können aber auch ziemlich turbulent sein. Daher ist das Gebiet nichts für Fluganfänger, wenn die Thermik blubbert. Startplatz liegt unterhalb der Bergstation. Zugang auch über das Sellajoch zu Fuß.
